Improvements

• KPI Analyzer: Heatmaps now has a graphical indicator that shows how many days data is available for the current fiscal period.
• KPI Analyzer: period-to-date, monthly and weekly view now also shows a row with Actual / Consensus data.

Bug fixes

• KPI Analyzer: When sorting Ratio KPI mappings by error, sort by MAE, which is the displayed value.
